Wanna Share a Marshmallow?

Just a funny moment...I thought Paige might like to try a marshmallow. She has tried to take food out of my mouth before, so I thought this would be funny...turns out it made for some cute pictures. I think she would've liked to have eaten the marshmallow, but I didn't let her (mean mommy that I am). She got a few licks of the sugary treat though!

Walking with the Stool

Paige found something else that she could push around and walk with. We are at our new house today unpacking the kitchen, so she has been busy exploring everything. She was very proud of herself (and quite thrilled) when she stood up next to the stool and was able to make it move just like the chair at grandma and grandpa's house.

Walking with the Chair

So, today Paige took cruising to a whole new level. Instead of just using the furniture as a stationary object to walk around, she learned how to move the furniture and walk around the room. It all happened over at her grandparents' house. It actually became quite a funny event when she ran out of room and into the table/her grandma with the chair.

Grandma Loethen was sitting on the floor (in front of the table) and Paige accidentally ran into her with the chair while she was walking. Instead of stopping there, Paige kept trying to go. She thought it was hilarious that the front chair legs kept coming off of the floor and that her grandma was getting squished. She would stop to laugh and then she would do it again! We could've watched her do this forever...she was having a blast and we were having just as much fun watching her!

Here is Paige pushing the chair up against her grandma.

Here she is letting her grandma know (with that look) that she is getting ready to "go" again.

Now she is cracking-up because she thinks what she is doing is sooooo funny!

First Day in Linn

Well, today is our first full day as Linn residents. It seems weird...like we are here visiting, since our house isn't ready yet. We are staying at Grandma and Grandpa Loethen's house. Paige is having fun cruising around the furniture and playing with her "new" toys at grandma's.

Paige is practicing standing up on her own...Daddy is right behind her and ready to catch her if needed!
Paige also discovered her tongue recently. She has been sticking it out a lot, blowing with it, and curling it around her lips...it is really cute!

Grass...WITHOUT SHOES!!

Well, we made it to Linn. We got here at about 7 pm, so it wasn't too late. Paige did great on the drive...it is amazing because she almost always cries when we go on long trips. Grandma was in the backseat keeping her entertained though...THANKS GRANDMA!!

After the drive we all couldn't wait to stretch our legs...even Paige. It was such a nice evening that we hung outside for awhile...I tried to stand Paige up in the grass (which was a new experience for her) but she wasn't quite sure about it. She would only put one foot down and kept the other one raised up...it was pretty hilarious. Of course, I kept trying to have her stand over and over to get a repeat of this cute action...I know, I'm terrible! I even had to take a picture.

Here is Paige, the flamingo, with a concerned expression. Please excuse how rough we look...we had been moving all day!

Moving Fun?

So, moving is by far one of my least favorite things to do, but if Paige could tell us, I am sure she would say that it is one of her favorites! She definitely enjoyed herself throughout this entire process. She has played with more things and gotten dirtier than I could have ever imagined (I don't even know where the dirt came from...but when you move it is everywhere.)
While I was packing up the bathroom, Paige played with some of the toiletries and unpacked a few too. She even noticed that the cabinet under the sink was now a perfect place for a play area, so she climbed right it. Of course, I had to capture that!

More Window Gazing...

Here is Paige enjoying the sights from her bedroom window again. She really loves to do this. I just had to share these pics because she looks so cute in her diaper and sun hat!

Did somebody say...WAFFLES?

I gave Paige some bites of a waffle today and she really liked it. I thought it would be funny to give her the entire thing to see what she would do. She just examined it and tried to take some bites, which isn't really easy to do when you only have two teeth...but she managed.

When she was finished she threw the waffle off of her tray...I just happened to be taking a photo at that very second.

Saying Goodbye to our House

We took some pictures outside our house...thought we would post them for memories and to share with you!

9 Month Pictures

We got Paige's nine month pictures taken today...it was a lot of fun. She only wore one outfit this time which made it a lot easier for us...taking the pictures and choosing which ones we wanted. We're looking forward to those one year pictures...every time they just keep getting better and better because Paige gets more and more cute!

Here are a few pictures of all three of us!

Playing Peek-a-boo

Paige started playing peek-a-boo today! When we said, "Where's Paige" she lifted a shirt up in front of her face, and then (after we said it a couple of times) she would take the shirt down. She got a huge smile on her face as we said "Peek-a-boo!" It was so much fun!

We got her doing this on video, but I will have to post that later for you to see!

Bubble Beard

Paige just loves taking bubble baths and playing with the bubbles. We both had a lot of fun tonight with her bubbles. She was really interested in them tonight. She tried to taste them, so that prompted me to a little on her chin, and she thought it was hilarious. Here are a few pics to show you our fun!!

Window Gazing

One of Paige's favorite things to do is open up her bedroom window and look outside. She loves to hear the birds and watch the vehicles go by. Her favorite vehicle is a bus...I guess she likes it because it is big, bright, and louder than all the rest. Anyway, she gets really excited to see them and luckily about three come by our house in the afternoon...we try to be outside to see them if the weather is nice!
